Kids will enjoy the springy, bouncy action of the mesh trampoline. Jumping is an excellent way for kids to build strength and to improve both balance and coordination. An easy-to-grip rubber bar is securely attached to the base of the trampoline to help kids steady themselves while they happily bounce.
Our testers found the Hop Hop Trampoline to be a simple, fun way for kids to be active. The straightforward construction makes building the trampoline easy, and it can be taken apart quickly for storage. The trampoline mechanism doesn't use springs, so it is less bouncy than larger trampolines, but our testers found it to be perfect for young children who like to bounce and hop. The foam-covered frame and soft rubber handle are welcome safety features.

I was really looking forward to this item for my 20 month daughter. She has a lot of energy to burn and with the rainy days we have had, I thought it would be perfect! I was wrong.First assembly is not easy, it take a lot of time. It comes with a tool but it is so flimsy, you are better off using your own tools. The instructions are terrible along with the diagrams. I literally was still looking at it an hour later with parts all over the floor and have been building things for almost 25 years. When I completed one part and would move onto the next, it failed to mention to not tighten an area or to do another step first so I would have to undo a lot of what I did. Inserting the handle into the frame was so difficult! I had to borrow a friend to help me hold it, squeeze it together, and then line it up. By far the worse instructions and diagrams I have read. Once it was `built' it was not good quality. After spending so much time building it I was hoping to see... For a 18 month old boy, this was a fun trampoline to experiment with (obviously, with constant supervision). The easy-to-assemble trampoline does not look sturdy for a 2.5-3 year old though it is advertised for 1-3 year range. It seems that children are likely to outgrow this in 24-28 months and may be best not used after a child is 2 years or so. Despite the ease of assembly and the sturdy parts, the high price and the chances of outgrowing quickly, does not make this a compelling buy. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful By Confucious (Michigan) - See all my reviews = Durability: This review is from: Hop HopTrampoline (Toy) Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program ( What's this?) This trampoline is alright. My son who is 15 months was in a jumpy phase. We thought we would get him a trampoline. First, it was a pain to put together. It was a bit frustrating. Make sure to read the directions if not you will encounter problems. I missed an important part and had to disassemble it. Even after doing that and following every single direction I was still frustrated and it didn't get any easier. Once it was altogether it seemed sturdy and seems safe. My son tried it and sort of liked it. He used it for a little bit and that was the end of it. He doesn't go to it to jump on it unless we take him to it. One thing is that it doesn't seem that springy. It is as almost jumping on the floor. He has more fun jumping on the bed or couch but that is a no no. That is why we got this in the first place. Overall it is an ok product. It might be different for your kid. For the price and frustration of building it I would look elsewhere. |
