It is actually bit bigger than expected. It is definitely a bear that you can cuddle up to. It is soft and seems to be very durable.The nose is made of a soft fabric and squashy. There is a sown mouth and the eyes are the only thing that are hard on it.The hat and gloves are made of a red soft fabric with a white furry trim, and white furry ball on top of the hat. There is a small tail made of the same soft fabric of the skin. Over all it is a very nice bear. I decided to go ahead and buy him outright, since I wanted to be sure to get one and didn't know yet what I was going to be getting my kids this year for Christmas. I didn't realize this was the 5th edition of this collectible holiday bear, and would have picked up the bears from previous years as well had I known they were releasing one each year. His fur is super soft and in a swirly texture/pattern. When he arrives he's a little flat, so give him a couple of squishes and fluffs and he'll come back to the shape he's supposed to be in. His hat and gloves are made of a red corduroy like fabric, with a white fluffy trim. Both the hat and the gloves are very well sewn on, so they won't come off.
