    I'm always pleased with a purchase when the product does what it's advertised to do - work, and in this case, it works without any headache or frustration. I tried both the windshield and vent mounts and both work flawlessly. The product has a great build quality and it looks like my vent will probably give out faster than the 2 prongs on the vent mount.

    When completely distended, the cradle barely fits my Note + BoxWave DuoSuit case.     I have bought several others and this by far is the best. Mounts to windshield very easily and once set stays put. By far the best accessory that I have purchased. Recomend to everyone with a Samsung .

    It works with my galaxy note, and I don't have it in an otterbox. Make sure you don't install it upside down like I did the first time, because it fell out. When I fixed it however, it was awesome.
