Combining exceptional performance with convenient portability, the tabletop Cuisinart All Foods gas grill (model CGG-200) makes a nice choice for any grilling enthusiast. The unit's 12,000-BTU stainless-steel loop burner delivers the heat needed to cook up anything from salmon, red potatoes, and asparagus to steaks, slabs of fresh pineapple, and veggie shish-kabobs. Its heat-distributing panel and porcelain enamel-coated cast-iron cooking grate help ensure excellent grilling results. Even more, the grill features a modular grill-surface system, which accommodates a variety of interchangeable panels designed specifically for frequently grilled foods like fresh summer vegetables, breads and pizzas, and delicate food items. An all-purpose veggie panel comes included (others sold separately).
The grill's compact size makes it well suited for small backyards or patios, while its folding stainless-steel side shelves and carrying handles allow for convenient transport to the beach, a friend's house, or a tailgating party and back again. Other highlights include a precision temperature gauge, a stainless-steel lid, a twist-start ignition system, and a removable drip tray. The gas grill requires a propane tank for operation (not included) and measures approximately 19-4/5 by 27-4/5 by 12-4/5 inches.
Begin with a simple TwiStart ignition system and in a matter of seconds the Cuisinart All Foods grill sparks to life. No need for two hands to get this grill lit--the one-handed lighting system gets your grill up and running without ever needing to put your beverage down. The durable stainless steel loop burner puts out 12,000 powerful BTUs and heats the grill grate quickly and evenly. The sleek, low profile design of the Cuisinart All Foods Gas Grill results in faster heat-up times when the grill is first lit, as well as faster re-heating when you open the lid to check or turn food.
Within a few minutes after lighting, the grill heats up to ideal grilling temperatures. While 500 degrees F may be unchartered waters for most portable gas grills, it is quite the norm for the powerful Cuisinart All Foods Gas Grill.
Temperature accuracy is essential to grill different foods properly and offer your guests the correct desired doneness of meats, fish and poultry, which is where the integrated precision temperature gauge comes in. It clearly displays the internal temperature of the grill and allows you to accurately and confidently manage desired grilling temperatures for the variety of foods.
Designed for versatility and exceptional contact grilling, the porcelain enamel coated cast iron grill grate is designed for versatility and exceptional contact grilling. With a large 240-square-inch surface, it provides ample grilling space for an abundance of food--adequate for up to 8 people.
Either side of this uniquely designed grate can be used depending on the food you are grilling. The flat side provides maximum contact surfaces and exceptional grill lines for steaks, chops, and poultry, while the opposite side offers better surface point grilling for more delicate foods like fish and seafood. Either way, the cast iron grate distributes heat evenly and efficiently so you can grill your food in a uniform manner with no hot or cold spots.
The All Foods grill combines the ideal size of an everyday backyard grill with the versatility and compact ability of a portable grill. And unlike large, multi-burner full-size grills, the Cuisinart All Foods grill does not take up a large portion of your deck or patio, and does not waste space on extra grilling areas and burners that waste propane and rarely get used.
When docked in the optional Cuisinart Folding Grill Stand, the grill becomes an efficient, economical everyday grill that will handle all your grilling needs. It's designed to take 14.1- and 16.4-ounce bottled liquid propane (LP) gas canisters, but by adding the optional Cuisinart 4-foot LP Adaptor Hose and purchasing a 20-pound LP tank, you can grill longer and more efficiently without needing to constantly change fuel canisters.
Despite its ample grilling space, the All Foods grill is easy to take on the road thanks to its compact size and 35-pound weight--making it ideal for beach parties, tailgating, camping, and more. Designed for portability, features folding hide-away side shelves and 2 integrated handles for convenient carrying, loading, and unloading. And the optional Cuisinart Folding Grill Stand is equally portable--folding down to about 2.5 inches thick--so your entire grill set-up can easily go anywhere you go.
The Cuisinart All Foods comes disassembled into the following parts: lid and firebox; grill leg assembly; cooking grate; drip tray; screws and washers.

Joseph (South Boston, MA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Cuisinart CGG-200 All-Foods 12,000-BTU Portable Outdoor Tabletop Propane Gas Grill (Lawn & Patio) I just got this grill...it's a state of the art tabletop grill. The grill is already put together, so it's essentially ready to be used "out of the box". The grill is very light, so it's efficiently portable and easy to carry. It can fit on small or large tables and comes with a stainless steel veggie plate that is great for cooking vegetables, kabob's etc. It's got a easy to attach catch pan dipper that just slides on under bottom of the grill. The grill starts immediately (push and turn to light the burner) and the heat comes on quick; the temperature gauge on the top is very accurate and allows superior cooking capabilities, which is the best part of this grill. i cooked chicken the first night i got the grill, and it came out perfectly. For those of you using Weber or other more commercial grills, I'd recommend looking at this. I use to have a weber, used for tailgates etc - this grill is 10 times better and reasonably priced for it's quality. 165 of 170 people found the following review helpful By Elle Shopper (Florida Panhandle) - See all my reviews This review is from: Cuisinart CGG-200 All-Foods 12,000-BTU Portable Outdoor Tabletop Propane Gas Grill (Lawn & Patio) My old, very large gas grill finally fell apart after many long years of use. I've been using a charcoal Weber while looking for a replacement gas grill. I love all things Cuisinart so was very intrigued when I found this grill here on Amazon. After reading the reviews I knew my search was over; this was the grill for me. I actually found it on ebay for 10.00 less than Amazon at the time, same free shipping, so I ordered from there (it's the same price now, 159.95). The seller was Beach Camera, the only seller listed here on Amazon currently. I also bought the cover, which is much heavier/nicer than any other grill cover I've ever owned. Beach Camera is a great seller, you won't be disappointed with their service. The grill is heavy duty and I'm guessing it's going to last a long time. The grate is genuine cast iron, so season it before using to get the full cast iron effect, and extend the life of the grate. It has a very fine coating of wax on it for protection, so... After researching all the grills, this one looked to be a step up from the other ones available in this price range. We also have other Cuisinart appliances and trust the name. The body is made of stainless steel and each side table is stainless as well, unlike the plastic ones of the other models I looked at. It has a heavy cast grate that I love and comes with a vegetable tray which comes in handy with a vegetarian daughter. I am typically a charcoal man, but do not like to mess with charcoal when tailgating or fire up the big grill for something small. The grill arrived in its own packaging. When I opened it up, I found it to be well packaged and all the contents to be in great shape, which I was surprised given the treatment my packages typically get by UPS. Heavy foam and cardboard enclosed all the parts... Read more |

(1) on a 26" LCD and (1) on a 32" LCD. Both installations were easy, with the product meeting expectations. The second mount we installed was missing a couple of minor parts so I sent a quick e-mail to Cheetah mounts. An hour later, I had the 2nd day air tracking number for the remaining parts. While it was frustrating to be missing the parts, I was amazed by the quick response. 67 of 72 people found the following review helpful By Bob (Bellingham, WA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Cheetah Mounts ALAMLB Ballhead LCD LED TV Wall Mount Bracket for 23-37" Flat Screen Displays using VESA 100 or 200 Mount Patterns with Full Motion Swing Out Tilt and Swivel Articulating Arm (Electronics) I can't imagine why anyone would rate this poorly. Those that do, are doing everyone else a disservice. I almost passed this one up because the poor reviews and low price made me apprehensive. This mount is well built, well packaged, attractive, easy to install, and how can you beat the price? I can only imagine that those who rated it poorly don't know what they're doing with tools and/or can't or won't follow instructions. For those that complained of insecure and sagging mounts, they probably know nothing about wall construction and didn't bother reading the instructions. YOU MUST INSTALL TO A WALL STUD OR MASONRY!!! For the other mounting complaints, I can only repeat, these people either failed to read the instructions or with no offense intended, are not mechanically inclined. You only have yourself to blame, not the manufacturer. If I ever need another, I will definitely buy this one again. 78 of 85 people found the following review helpful By jjkearney "jjkearney" (Cochranton, PA USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) The 120 volt Firex 4618 Pro Basic smoke detector has an ionization Sensor, quick connect power harness, is multi-station interconnectable, has a 5 year warranty, and is not available to members in Iowa, Oregon Or Vermont.
The Firex i4618 Hardwire Smoke Alarm by Kidde is an ionization smoke alarm that operates on a 120V power source with 9V battery backup. The Firex i4618 smoke alarm offers many benefits for installers and homeowners, such as its easy-access slide load front battery door.
This alarm is powered by your home’s electricity and will interconnect with other smoke alarms in your home. Experts recommend interconnected alarms, because when one sounds, they all sound, providing an early warning against fire by dramatically increasing your ability to hear an alarm anywhere in your home, regardless of where the fire starts.
This alarm uses ionization sensing technology. Ionization sensing alarms may detect invisible fire particles (associated with flaming fires) sooner than photoelectric alarms. Photoelectric sensing alarms may detect visible particles (associated with smoldering fires) sooner than ionization alarms. Kidde strongly recommends that both ionization and photoelectric smoke alarms be installed to help insure maximum detection of the various types of fire that can occur within the home.

Interconnectable for Improved Safety
Fire and consumer experts recommend interconnected alarms for added protection. According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), most Americans feel they are more at risk of being a victim of a tornado than of a house fire. Actually the opposite is true. Fires are more common than any other disaster that strikes a family at home, and can become deadly in minutes.
You have on average less than three minutes from the time you hear a smoke alarm to escape a fire. The sooner you hear an alarm, the sooner you can get out safely. Smoke alarms that link together so that when one goes off, they all go off, are called interconnected alarms. These alarms provide more warnings in more places, giving your family more time to escape a house fire. Houses built after 1993 are required by building codes to have interconnected alarms that are wired into their electrical system.
Interconnects with Other Devices
Interconnects with all Kidde, Firex, Fyrnetics, Lifesaver and Nighthawk alarms, strobe lights, and relay modules with interconnect functionality.
Trademarked Hush Feature for Convenience
By pressing the Hush button, you can easily and safely silence nuisance alarms caused by non-emergency situations, such as overcooked dinners.
This alarm's Smart Hush feature has the capability of temporarily desensitizing the alarm circuit for up to 8 minutes. This feature is to be used only when a known alarm condition, such as smoke from cooking, activates the alarm. The smoke alarm is desensitized by pushing the Test/Hush button on the smoke alarm cover. If the smoke is not too dense, the alarm will silence immediately. The red LED will illuminate for 1.5 seconds every 8 seconds while in hush. This indicates that the alarm is in a temporarily desensitized condition. The smoke alarm will automatically reset after approximately 8 minutes and sound the alarm if particles of combustion are still present. Smart Hush can be used repeatedly until the air has been cleared of the condition causing the alarm. Pushing the Test/Hush button on the alarm will end the hush period.
Reliable 9-Volt Battery Backup, Indicator LED, and Test Feature
Because a smoke alarm only helps protect you if it's working, this unit features a red LED that flashes every 30 to 40 seconds to indicate that it is operating correctly. For additional peace of mind, the alarm also contains a test/reset button that enables you to periodically test its circuitry and horn.
The alarm’s standard 9-volt battery provides continuous protection against smoke and fire hazards, even during power outages. The unit offers a low battery warning that issues a brief chirp every 30 to 40 seconds for at least seven days before losing power, letting you know that it's time to change the battery.
The unit measures just 5.6 inches in diameter and 1.8 inches deep, and it features a neutral, white finish. It includes tamper resist features to deter vandalism or theft.
This alarm is UL listed, so you can be confident of its quality, and it is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

One of my units began to sound randomly even when there was no fire. I tried changing the battery, but I still had the same results. So after searching online, I found that the Kidde i4618 is the current replacement model. After purchasing the model, I was hoping that I could use an adapter between the wiring in my Firex unit and the Kidde. However, I found that I was mistaken in what I thought I had read. I am about as unhandy a man as they come, and I really wasn't looking forward to rewiring for the new unit. The hardest part of the process turned out finding the correct breaker as mine are not labeled. At least for my house (please know that yours may well be different), the smoke detectors were on a dedicated breaker. Once I found it and switched it off, it was very easy from there. I removed the two screws from the bracket of the Firex unit and... Read more 25 of 27 people found the following review helpful By Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) We have 11 of these smoke alarms connected to our ADT alarm system. We have had the fire department out 6 times because of false positives (we are on vacation) and have been awakened well over 15 times because these have false positives.1) Initially, they went off because they were too close to furnaces outputs. Mild shaking or subtle heat change set them off. We had to move two of them after months of trying to figure out the issue. Worth noting, we had other alarms in the same spot before the remodel without issue (but those weren't hooked to our alarm system). 2) 3 years after purchase the units are just dying. We have already replaced 3 of them. Before they die, you guessed it. Full alarms 3 a.m. 3) One more problem with the alarms is that the batteries die out quickly. We change ours every 5 months on the mark. 4) The MOST annoying problem however is that it is impossible to tell which alarm is dying... Read more |
